The Challenge of Work and Study Together

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Many of our youth face a dual challenge: being compelled to work for income while simultaneously pursuing their studies, which leads to severe exhaustion and declining academic performance. These young people require advanced skills in time management and prioritization to succeed in both areas.

The solution lies in the Guidance and Skills Track, where we offer specialized training in organization, task planning, and stress management, specifically designed for students working part-time or freelancing. This training helps them build realistic schedules that ensure a balance between income requirements and academic achievement.

The impact is achieving balance and success: instead of having to choose between education and work, our students can reconcile both demands and achieve dual success.

Thank you, for you fund the life skills that ensure youth do not have to sacrifice their future for the demands of the present.
