YOU are changing lives for girls like Moreen!
Moreen's father died when she was seven years old. He had been sick for years and they didn't know that he had HIV/AIDS until after he had died. While grieving for the death of her father, Moreen and her five siblings learned that their mother also had the terrible illness.
Fortunately, their mother was able to get treatment she needed, she was able to continue working, and she was able to pay for Moreen's older brother to get through high school. However, when it came time to send Moreen to high school her mother ran out of funds.
Moreen dreamed of being a doctor but she would never be able to reach her dream if she couldn't go to high school. Then she discovered The Nyaka AIDS Orphans Project. Moreen applied and was given a scholarship to attend school.
Because of YOU, Moreen is now in her last year of high school and she will be applying to University next year.
The more opportunities YOU give to girls like Moreen, the faster things will change for girls in Uganda and throughout the region!
TODAY! YOU have the chance to get matched 30% to give YOUR girls the chance to change the world!
YOUR gift up to $1,000 will be matched starting at 9:00am EDT until 11:59pm EDT (or until the matching funds are gone)
Thank you for standing with YOUR students!
