Extra Support to Students Throughout the Year...

By Merry Broughal | Project Manager

The 2019 school year is coming to a close in the next month.  Our students are getting ready for year-end exams and reviewing everything they have studied this year.

The opportunity to be in school is Thanks to You who have helped sponsor their tuition, fees and books for another year of education!

Here at Olalo of Hope-Kenya we put into practice some new activities to enhance their education and be sure all their school needs are being met.

Free tutoring sessions with Secondary School teachers at the Olalo Office were instituted to assist any of our students needing additional help with their studies.

School visits were made to reach out to your students to see how everyone was faring and if they had any needs – (books, uniform pieces, general studies).

Soon, our accomplished Computer Lab instructor, Bianca, will be meeting one-on-one with all our young women in school to strengthen relationships, advise, counsel and discuss their futures.

It is an exciting time!

Your support helps to provide the means for putting these new practices into place and  enhance the learning opportunities to our students.

Thank you for making a difference in these young lives through your generous support.  You are impacting lives and giving hope for a better life.
