Too many teenage mothers in our communities face life without essentials: steady meals, a warm bed, or a way to stay in school. For a young girl already stretched thin, a single setback—a lost uniform, a broken water pump, or her infant falling ill—can push her out of the classroom for good. When she has no income, impossible choices follow: buying food or paying school fees; repairing a leaky roof or affording a textbook.
In Kirimwa Village, these struggles are daily realities. But change is coming. Our Keep in School Initiative is stepping up to equip 80 teenage mothers with both education and dignity skills. Many of these girls dropped out after pregnancy, believing their futures were over. Without support, their daughters risk repeating the same cycle.
But compassion changes everything. With your help, the initiative provides school fees, uniforms, sanitary pads, and books. It also offers hands-on workshops in financial literacy, digital basics, and small-business management—skills that keep them in class today and independent tomorrow. A dedicated childcare space at the school means a young mother can learn without worrying about her baby.
Your gift is more than funds. It covers a term of school fees for one girl, buys her a uniform, and funds childcare so she can attend every lesson. It says: you belong here, your education matters, and your child's future starts with you.
Together, we give these 80 girls in Kirimwa Village something priceless: the chance to stay in school, graduate with dignity, and build a new cycle—one of hope, not hardship.
