It has been learnt by Kole Intellectual Forum, that: these educational conferences can provide a platform for diverse stakeholders to connect, learn from each other, and contribute to the improvement of education in that district that it is being practiced

For the last four years, when the organization is organizing the conferences; they bring together teachers, administrators, parents, policymakers, and other stakeholders, creating opportunities for valuable connections and knowledge sharing. 

Because of the essence of the concept: Kole Intellectual Forum is ensuring that they organize an annual educational stakeholders' conference with the aim of fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and ensuring that education systems are responsive to evolving needs.

KIFA Day Reasonably celebrated

Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA), is a Community Based Organization that was established in Kole District on April 22, 2016; because of that: the managers of the organization have made that very particular day, every year to be the organizational day; the day, they recognize their achievements, and strengthen their organizational culture. During the celebrations, the employee morale are boost, they are also encourage to get committed into the organizational duties and productivity, while learning more about the successes and challenges that the organization has gone through.

During the celebration, there is always acknowledgement of individual and team work accomplishments, making them to feel valued and appreciated; moving them from just an overall morale but rather to that of creating to them a more positive work environment; encouraging their social interaction and collaboration, fostering a stronger sense of unity and belonging to the organization.
