Involving clan leaders into project activities
Kole Intellectual Forum assumes that: if they involve clan leaders into their project development, it can foster community ownership, ensuring the projects align with local values and priorities, and facilitates sustainable outcomes by building trust and ensuring community support. They also believe that the approach can help to resolve conflicts, mobilize resources, and leverage their influence to promote participation and cooperation within the organizational activities.
Building community ownership and support is one of the approaches the organization is using to involve their community; especially the clan leaders are made to understand the local context of the project that can be directed by their cultural norms and community needs, which is also a crucial thing for successful of the project implementation.

The beneficiaries of the project
In addition to the two mentioned projects clearly dealt with by Kole Intellectual Forum in the names of: Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance & Promoting Real Healthy Families: Home Economics; the organization on the other hand, handling another quite interesting project of sponsoring children without mothers (either dead or no living together with their fathers) in public primary schools in Kole District, Northern Uganda. Those photo above are the beneficiaries of the project.
Thy had come to the organization at the beginning of term I, 2025 (February) to present to the team of the organization (Kole Intellectual Forum0 their report cards as well as collecting their school fees.
Although, this project is still ongoing, the findings indicate that: children that leave in any homestead without their mothers, psychologically suffer more than those who might have lost their fathers; reasons given that, any growing child, in the process of his or her growth needs to be closer to their mothers than anything else.
