In the view of Kole Intellectual Forum, they have observed that: physical health is significantly influenced and improved by regular physical exercise and activity; and, because of that, they have designed among other course units within their Institute that a unit that engages their students into doing physical exercises. Because, they believe that: this  exercise can strengthen their students’ cardiovascular system, build muscle and endurance, and help with weight management, all of which, are expected to contribute towards better physical health. It is also assumed to plays a role in preventing chronic diseases and improving mental health

Physical activity or exercise in this line to this very particular observation, has provided the informer with the information that: physical exercises can improve ones’ health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease; which may turn up to be a long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve ones’ quality of life.
