Kole Intellectual Forum has learnt that: dialogue is crucial thing for project development because it facilitates the exchange of ideas, fosters collaboration, and builds understanding among stakeholders; and they also believe that, by creating a safe space for open communication, projects can benefit from diverse perspectives, leading to more creative solutions and improved outcomes; dialogue on the other hand, helps in breaking down silos, promotes shared ownership, and ensures that all stakeholders are aligned on the project's goals and priorities
Because of that: the approach has enhanced communication and understanding that allows for a more thorough exploration of ideas, concerns, and potential challenges, leading to a deeper understanding of the project and its implications
While also has also improved on problem-solving techniques, by bringing different perspectives to the table, leading to more creative and effective solutions to complex problems.
On the other hand, it has increased collaboration and teamwork, by providing a space for stakeholders to share their ideas, listen to others, and work together towards a common goal.

From studentships to Internships

Out of all he students that might have completed a course of Home Economics with the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum; at least one or two are retained for further internship while the rest may be sent out to other organizations, institutions or companies for the same. At both outside and those may remain behind; they would undergo to what is called the transition from a studentship (or academic program) to an internship that involves gaining practical experience in a professional setting. Internships settings offer them an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge and develop industry-specific skills, while also building their professional network and improving their employability.
At an internship is a period of work experience: the company or organization typically offer to students or recent graduates practical skills and knowledge in a specific field. It often involves working alongside experienced professionals and learning about the day-to-day operations of a business; allowing them to apply for their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

KIFA is building a family of Joy & Love
KIFA or Kole Intellectual Forum is one such organization that is building up a brimming family where joy and love flows and their members show affection to each other through words and actions, prioritize quality time together, and actively listen and support one another; where they create a safe and stable environment where everyone feels valued and respected, fostering open communication and shared experiences.
It is an Institution characterized by: expressing love through words, gestures, and actions, showing genuine concern for each other's well-being; making intentional time for interaction and shared experiences, such as meals, games, outings, or simply relaxing together; paying close attention to each other's thoughts and feelings, offering support and understanding; recognizing and respecting individual needs and boundaries within the family unit; and also sharing feelings, needs, and opinions openly and honestly, without fear of judgment among others.
