Kole Educational Review Conferences in practice
With the authority from Kole District Local Government: Kole Intellectual Forum has beem mandated to organize what is called Kole District Primary School Education Review Conferences with the aim of serving a number purposes; primarily, it has to focus on enhancing teaching practices and evaluating students’ learning. These events are meant to facilitate knowledge sharing, professional development, and the exchange of ideas among educators and researchers. They offer a platform for presenting research, engaging in discussions about best practices, and building collaborative networks
Within few months of engagement, these events of educational conferences, these have offered educators a chance to deepen their knowledge, learn about the latest trends, and update their skills. Attendees including students and teachers, but particularly the teachers, have learned about the latest teaching techniques, tools, and research at workshops, lectures, and hands-on sessions among others. Students have also learnt how to tackle questions in examinations.

Students to students learning approach found out to be important.
Kole Intellectual Forum – at its Institute of Home Economics – the Institute is promoting among others, students to students learning approach; which in other words refer to a student-centered learning approach, and they have found it out that, it is important because it empowers students to take ownership of their education, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-directed learning skills. This approach to them, also enhances engagement, motivation, and creates a more enjoyable learning environment.
This report reveals that: student-centered learning moves the focus from the teacher as the sole source of knowledge to the student as the active learner. Students are encouraged to set their own goals, assess their progress, and determine how they will achieve them. This has help them to take control of their learning journey and develop a sense of ownership at the Insitute.

Instructors are guiding the Institution closely
With support from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving: Kole Intellectual Forum has be able to hired a number of Instructors those are meant to guide their training institution to ensure there is a high-quality learning experiences, by providing the Institution with their personalized instructions, and maintaining a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Instructors, in this Institution is particularly subjected to a matter of experts that brings about valuable knowledge and it can adapt to their teaching methods to meet individual learner needs; and this has so far led to better knowledge of retention, skills development, and overall learner satisfaction.
In this Institute, the instructors, especially those with years of experience in the field of Home Economics, are possessed in-depth knowledge and practical skills that can be directly transferred to learners. This real-world experience has made training in this Institute more relevant and engaging.
Similarly, instructors of this Institute are also tailoring their teaching approach based on the individual needs and learning styles of their students; and, because of that, they are providing one-on-one support, answer questions in real-time, and adjusting the pace of the course to ensure everyone stays engaged.
