Purposes of practical tests at KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum)
At the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum, there is what is called weekly practical tests whose primary purpose is to assess and validate a student's practical skills and abilities, ensuring they can apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. These tests help in evaluating a student's mastery of specific technical procedures, problem-solving abilities, and overall readiness for their chosen field.
The ideal idea is meant to go beyond rote memorization and assess how students apply theoretical knowledge to practical tasks; but to simulate them to real-world scenarios, allowing them to demonstrate their ability to perform tasks in a work environment; by providing them a holistic view of a student's abilities, including not just technical skills, but also problem-solving, critical thinking, and observation skills; as well as preparing them for the demands of their future roles.

Advocating and a daring to rules & regulations
Like any other Institutions of learning, Kole Intellectual Forum, has designed its rules and regulations to ensure order, safety, and a conducive learning or working environment at its institute in particular and at the organization at large. The tool is expected to help protect students and staff, promote a positive culture, and clarify expectations for behavior and conduct. Additionally, rules and regulations can as well be used to clarify grievance and disciplinary procedures, fostering a sense of accountability and fairness at any given organized body.
This is because, rules and regulations can protect students and staff from harm, whether physical or emotional; can address issues like discrimination, harassment, and abuse, creating a more inclusive and respectful environment; as well as establishing a clear expectation for behavior and conduct, helping to prevent chaos and ensure a smooth flow of activities to that particular body.
