Village Consultative Meetings at KIFA
Because it is important for project development: Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) values village consultative meetings because helps them to gather diverse perspectives of their project; as well as fostering community ownership, and ensuing that decisions they arrived at, reflect the needs and aspirations of the people. They also treat as a crucial part of good governance, because, it allows them to formulate and implement project policies those are relevant and effective to it.
With the projects of Kole Intellectual Forum in place, village meetings are providing a platform for individuals from all walks of life to share their ideas, concerns, and suggestions; while also ensuring their decisions are not solely based on the views of a select few, but rather reflect the broader community's needs and priorities.

Using Music, Dance and Drama for Campaign
Given that: the focus of Kole Intellectual Forum is to promote quality, sustainable and potential education in public primary schools in Kole District, Northern Uganda; couple up with empowering a girl child for self-reliance as well as to promote real families project within the same area; the organization is finding it much easier to use multiple approaches to them through to reach the community.
Although they conduct consistent research, outreach the areas of problems, make consultation, hold meetings and conduct an online research at the same time; on the other hand, the organization finds it very much appropriate not to ignore Music, Dance and Drama as part of the tools that should be used for the campaign, and it is being use d for this purpose.

A special day organized: witnessing project activities
To avoid inception of a totem or a dream, that is, to differentiate the real world from the state of dream, but however, making the concept of reality tangible; Kole Intellectual Forum every year after the admission of the students; they have to ensure the prove to their beneficiaries (direct beneficiaries) and the indirect beneficiaries (parents and guardians what they are up to as far as their commitments are to the project.
As special day is arranged and all the relevant stakeholders are invited to come and witness what the organization, through ots Institute of Home Economics have committed to do, and what they done; and all these are done in the present of all.
