Help Revolutionize Education For Peruvian Children

In 2009, our Leadership Program began in a couple of schools in Callao. Today, after 10 years, we are impacting 12 regions with the Leadership Program and the ¡Qué Maestro! Program, initiatives that are possible due to the collective leadership of diverse actors in the education sector, who day by day work to provide our 7 million students the education they deserve. We have only to thank all those people who trusted and trust us and who have allowed us to get where we are. We continue working day by day with the same conviction, passion and determination for our dream: 8 out of 10 Peruvian children and young people will receive an excellence education in 2032. The movement is all. #It's possible 

What a teacher! It is a training and accompaniment program that strengthens the leadership, social skills and pedagogical skills of teachers, coordinators and directors of public schools.

This program is currently being developed in Ancash region and La Libertad region, in Peru.

In Ancash, where it started, the program has more than 50 teachers who are working collaboratively in favor of students. Today, they create their classes with their students and have discovered different ways to improve the climate in the classroom and therefore, that students learn in a more dynamic and effective way.

The program What a Teacher! seeks to position itself in the 11 regions in which Enseña Peru is located within the country to be able to impact more teachers, coordinators and directors of different schools.

Because the teachers who learn are teachers that transform.
