Classes are Growing at the Henry B. Bennah, Sr. School

By Amy M Baty-Herbert | Project Coordinator

Dear Project Supporters,

Your support of underprivileged children in Liberia is greatly appreciated. The Henry B. Bennah, Sr. School’s reopening date was changed from September to November, due to COVID guidelines issued by the Liberia Health Ministry and enforced by the Ministry of Education. The school year will end in August 2022.

As of January, there are 250 pupils enrolled, which increased from 203 when classes started in November.  There are four classes at the Henry B. Bennah, Sr. School:  Nursery, ABC, Kindergarten-I, and Kindergarten-II.

Your support will be assisting with the ongoing needs of the growing school to include, more classrooms, more teachers, more school supplies and teacher school materials, computers, and more chairs and desks in the classrooms.

If you haven't had the chance to sign up for a recurring donation yet, we encourage you to consider starting a monthly recurring donation here. Even a few dollars a month will help with the growing school’s needs.

Please also share this with your contacts and invite them to consider supporting this ongoing project.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.

With great appreciation,

Amy & the Develop Africa Team
