Mente en Acción
En el 2022 se han finalizado 3 edición de MenTe en Acción, todas enfocadas en mujeres con edades entre los 15 y los 19 años. La 17ma y 18va edición fueron 100% virtuales y la 19na híbrida.
La 17ma edición tuvo lugar del 12 de febrero al 2 de abril, se graduaron 77 mujeres, quienes desarrollaron 9 prototipos de aplicación móvil con el apoyo y guía de 14 Technical Mentor (personas voluntarias). Para esta edición se contó con el patrocinio de Accenture, P&G, Emerson, IBM, Intel, Fundación Akamai. En esta edición en total se hicieron 883.3 horas de voluntariado.
La 18va edición se ejecutó del 7 de mayo al 2 de julio, se graduaron 60 mujeres, quienes desarrollaron 8 prototipos de aplicación móvil y se contó con 12 Technical Mentors. Las empresas patrocinadoras de esta edición fueron Intel, Accenture, P&G y Emerson. En esta edición en total se hicieron 760.5 horas de voluntariado.
La 19a edición se realizó del 13 de agosto al 8 de octubre y se contó con el apoyo de Accenture, P&G, Intel y First Factory y se graduaron 59 mujeres.
En todas las ediciones contamos con el apoyo de Efecto Boomerang.
Con la finalización de estas 3 ediciones ya se han graduado 1022 mujeres del programa.
Actualmente estamos iniciando la convocatoria para la edición 20 que iniciará el 11 de febrero.
Women in Action: Employable Training Program
Gracias a la embajada de Estados Unidos, comenzamos este nuevo programa que tiene una duración de 6 meses en los que 50 mujeres de entre 18 y 30 años serán capacitadas en un perfil junior de una de dos áreas: Ciberseguridad o Ciencia de Datos, según su elección. La capacitación en estos perfiles se realizará mediante la plataforma Coursera, a partir de la cual las participantes podrán completar la currícula.
Además, las participantes recibirán una preparación integral para la empleabilidad, teniendo clases de inglés todos los martes, sesiones de Checkpoint para acompañar sus avances, y sesiones presenciales de habilidades para la empleabilidad como lo son: Liderazgo de género, Taller de LinkedIn y Aprendizaje Continuo, Empoderamiento de género, Auto-sabotaje y Auto-promoción y Taller de elaboración del currículum.
El próximo 22 de marzo será la graduación.
Red Mente
Las actividades de la Red Mente siguen siendo en su mayoría virtuales, hemos organizado talleres y charlas de temas relacionados con Tecnologías, Excel, Estadística, Revolución Industrial 4.0, finanzas personales, Recomendaciones para el CV, entre otras. Para este 2023 seguiremos con charlas virtuales para que la mayoría pueda participar pero estaremos organizando espacios presenciales.
Programando mi mundo laboral
La cuarta edición tuvo una duración de 10 semanas iniciando el 7 de marzo y finalizando el 11 de mayo, esto para un total de aproximadamente 75 horas de capacitación divididas en 7.5 horas semanales, 2.5 horas diarias. Además, se realizó una sesión de cierre y graduación virtual el 16 de mayo. Se contó con el patrocinio de las empresas Accenture, IBM e Intel. Se graduaron 33 participantes. Se realizaron en total 113 horas de voluntariado.
Emprendimiento en Acción
La tercera edición de este programa se está ejecutando en este momento, comenzó el 21 de abril y finalizó el 14 de julio. Se graduaron 16 participantes, se contó con 6 mentores y 8 personas facilitadoras. Esta edición se realiza gracias al apoyo de Accenture.
Conectadas
Conectadas tiene por objetivo proveer mayor acceso de herramientas tecnológicas a la mujer, de desmitificar el miedo que por falta de información a veces las mujeres pueden tener con respecto a la tecnología y de enseñar a una navegación de forma segura, previniendo el acoso digital, también capacitamos en herramientas digitales a mujeres emprendedoras. En el 2022 capacitamos un total de 1046 mujeres. Para un total de 3837 desde el 2019.
FUN
En evento del 2022 contamos con 26 personas conectadas a través de Zoom el 31 de marzo, contamos con 4 speakers de 3 emprendimientos: Hija de Tigre, Albaricoque y Sugar Bakers.
TEDxLlorenteWomen 2022
TEDxLlorenteWomen es un evento local bajo el formato TEDx, una iniciativa que impulsa el intercambio de experiencias, con la participación de conferencistas que comparten valiosas historias e ideas que están generando importantes cambios desde otra perspectiva en nuestra sociedad.
En este 2022, por segundo año consecutivo trabajamos de forma colaborativa la Iniciativa de Paridad de Género de Costa Rica (IPG-CR), Ideas en Acción y Voces Vitales Costa Rica para poder llevarles un evento lleno de ideas poderosas para compartir y hacer un mundo más justo e equitativo.
Gracias al trabajo conjunto de estas tres organizaciones, brindamos al público charlas inspiradoras y con temas de gran relevancia a nivel nacional e internacional.
En esta edición contamos con audiencia presencial en el auditorio del Colegio Lincoln y además, transmitimos en vivo por el canal de Youtube del evento.
Contamos con 13 speakers, 147 personas presenciales, 416 personas inscritas el evento virtual y +1040 visualizaciones en Youtube y el patrocinio del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, Scotiabank, Dos Pinos, Fundación Studium, Durman by Aliaxis, FIFICO, Lincoln School, Fresh Market, TS Latam, Amazon. Contamos con La Tres, La República y Prensa Ejecutiva como media Partners.

MenTe en Acción
By 2022 3editions of MenTe en Acción have been completed, all of them directed at women from 15 to 19 years old. The 17th and 18th editions were 100% virtual and the 19th was hybrid.
The 17th edition had place from February 12th to April 2nd, 77 women graduated, who developed 9 mobile app prototypes with the support and guidance of 14 Technical Mentors (volunteers). The 18th edition was done from May 7th to July 2nd, a total of 60 women graduated, who developed 8 mobile app prototypes, and there were 12 Technical Mentors. The companies that sponsored this edition were Intel, Accenture, P&G y Emerson. In total, this edition had 760.5 volunteer hours.
The 19th edition ran from august 13th to October 8th and it had the support of Accenture, P&G, Intel, and First Factory, 59 women graduated from it.
All the editions had the support of Efecto Boomerang.
With the ending of these 3 editions, there’s a total of 1022 women that have graduated from the program over time.
Currently, we’re starting the call for applications for the 20th edition which will start on February 11th.
Women in Action: Employable Training Program
Thanks to the US Embassy, we started this new program that has a duration of 6 months in which 50 women from 18 to 30 years old will be prepared in a junior profile in one of two areas: Cybersecurity or Data Science, according to their choice. This preparation will be done through the platform known as Coursera, from which the participants will be able to complete their respective curricula.
Besides, the participants will receive a comprehensive preparation for employability, having English classes each Tuesday, checkpoint sessions to accompany their advancements, and skills for the employability face-to-face sessions like: Gender leadership, LinkedIn Workshop, and Continous Learning, gender empowerment, self-sabotage and self-promotion, and Workshop for CV elaboration.
The graduation will be next march 22.
Red Mente
The activities in the Red Mente continue to be mostly virtual, we’ve organized workshops and talks on topics related to technology, Excel, Statistics, Industrial Revolution 4.0, personal finances, and Recommendations for the CV, among others. For this 2023 we will continue with virtual talks so that most women of the network can participate, but we’re organizing face-to-face spaces 2023 seguiremos con charlas virtuales para que la mayoría pueda participar pero estaremos organizando espacios presenciales.
Programando mi mundo laboral
The fourth edition of the program had a duration of 10 weeks, starting on March 7th and ending on May 11, this for approximately 75 hours of training, divided in 7.5 weekly hours, 2.5 daily. Besides, there was a closure session and virtual graduation on May 16th. It was sponsored by the companies Accenture, IBM, and Intel. There was a total of 33 participants. There was a total of 113 volunteer hours.
Emprendimiento en Acción
The third edition of this program started on April 21st and finished on July 14th. A total of 16 participants graduated, there were 6 mentors and 8 facilitators. This edition was made thanks to the support of Accenture.
Conectadas
Conectadas has the objective to provide better access to technological tools for women, to demystify the fear generated by the lack of information that women can have regarding technology, and to teach safe internet navigation, preventing digital harassment, we also prepare entrepreneur women in the usage of digital tools. In 2022 we prepared a total of 1046 women. For a total of 3837 since 2018

TEDxLlorenteWomen 2022
TEDxLlorenteWomen is a local event under de TEDx format, this initiative impulses the exchange of experiences, with the participation of speakers that share valuable stories and ideas that generate important changes from a different perspective in our society.
In 2022, for the second year in a row, we worked in a collaborative way between Iniciativa de Paridad de Género de Costa Rica (IPG-CR), Ideas en Acción and Voces Vitales Costa Rica to bring an event full of powerful ideas to share and make a fairer world.
Thanks to the joint work of these three organizations, we brought to the public inspiring talks with topics of huge relevance at national and international levels.
In this edition, we had a face-to-face audience in the auditory of the Lincon School, and it was live broadcasted through the Youtube channel.
We had 13 speakers, 147 people in the auditory, 416 people signed up for the virtual event, and +1040 visualizations on Youtube.
