In recent weeks, southern Mozambique has been affected by significant flooding, which has temporarily disrupted daily life in many rural communities. As a result, school activities have been officially suspended until March.
Despite these challenges, our commitment to rural education remains strong. The project will continue to move forward, and these students will extend their learning for another year to ensure they can complete their education without the loss of learning opportunities due to the floods.
We are working closely with local partners and families to maintain continuity, adapt to the current context, and guarantee that no student is left behind. Education is more important than ever in times of crisis, and together we will continue supporting these adolescents in building a brighter future.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
