Dear Supporters,
Because of your continued generosity, a lifeline remains open for dozens of patients whose lives depend on it every single day.
The Kafrtakharim Dialysis Center in rural Idlib continues to provide regular, life-saving dialysis sessions for patients suffering from kidney failure, with sustained support from SEMA over the years. This vital service is not optional—it is the difference between life and death.
Today, 51 patients rely on this center for survival. In the past month alone, 457 dialysis sessions were successfully delivered, ensuring that patients received the consistent care they need to stay alive.
Your support enables us to:
Cover the cost of regular dialysis sessions
Provide essential medications for chronic kidney failure patients
Supply the medical consumables and equipment required during each session
With no alternative dialysis facilities available, many patients have been forced to relocate closer to the center. This is the only dialysis center serving northern Idlib, a region home to nearly 300,000 people—making it a final medical refuge and a daily source of hope.
Thanks to you, this center continues to operate, preserving not only lives, but also dignity.
On behalf of every patient and family who depends on this care, thank you for standing with them. Your compassion is felt in every session delivered and every life sustained.
With deep gratitude,
