Dear Project Supporters,
Thanks to support from generous donors like you, the Generation 21 Vocational Training School and Salon was able to purchase some new supplies including a hair dryer, mannequin, hairspray, and flat irons.
One of the instructors at the Generation 21 Vocational Training School and Salon explains in this video how the new supplies will be used and expresses her gratitude in the video saying,
This is a flat iron, it will be used by the students to practice on their client’s hair. This is called olive spray and is used to spray on their client’s hair. This is called a mannequin. A mannequin is basically used for students to sew a weave on, which will be used for their clients. This is a hair dryer to dry the wet hair of the client they are working with.
On behalf of Youth for Christ Serra Leone and Generation 21 Vocational Training Centre and Salon, I want to say thank you to Develop Africa. God bless you!
Your ongoing support would be greatly appreciated. We encourage you to start a monthly recurring donation here. Even a few dollars a month will go a long way. Please also share this with your contacts and invite them to consider supporting this ongoing project. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.
Warmest Regards,
Amy & the Develop Africa Team
