From Pain to Strength: Ragheb's Path Toward Stability

By Vasim Cablut | Project Leader

Dear Supporter,

Warm greetings, and thank you for being part of this meaningful journey of compassion and impact.

Ragheb, a 41-year-old father, has faced immense challenges since losing his right leg below the knee due to an airstrike nine years ago. His injury left him not only with the loss of his limb but also with ongoing pain caused by a bone prominence at the end of the stump. Over time, his previous prosthetic limb became worn out and ineffective, making daily movement increasingly difficult and uncomfortable.

Thanks to your generous support, Ragheb recently received a new prosthetic limb at the Reyhanli Center of NSPPL. This advanced prosthetic has significantly improved his stability while walking, reduced pressure on the sensitive area of his stump, and given him greater confidence and safety in his daily movements.

For Ragheb, this prosthetic limb is far more than a mechanical device. It represents dignity, independence, and the ability to face life with renewed strength. Because of you, he can move more freely and continue providing for himself and his family.

Your kindness continues to transform lives like Ragheb’s every day. Together, we are restoring hope, mobility, and opportunity for those who need it most. We look forward to sharing more inspiring stories of impact made possible by compassionate supporters like you.

With sincere gratitude and appreciation,
