Dear donor friend, I hope you are healthy.
Today I want to tell you that thanks to your generous contribution and that of other donors like you, in the year 2022 we provide 37 Colombian women between the ages of 20 and 65 with access to mental health care through 120 free psychological services for them. and their children, we manage, plan and execute 44 training meetings and practical theoretical training in entrepreneurship, prevention of gender violence and development of economic self-management capacities; In addition, we managed to get 12 women to start their business ideas by delivering seed capital and the logo design and graphic pieces of their ventures.
With the development of each activity, we managed to strengthen confidence and self-esteem by recognizing, rediscovering and transforming the thoughts they had about themselves, we evidenced the potential that each one has in relation to their abilities that drives them to continue in the search for better opportunities for themselves. and their sons and daughters. Today they describe themselves as confident women when it comes to denouncing situations that make them uncomfortable and identify them as violent and as women capable of transforming their own reality.
They appreciate the opportunity to be part of the project and to change through it and its teachings the way they recognize and relate to each other. They express that this space became a support network and active listening, which allowed them to recover their balance, work on assertive communication, have more security and self-esteem.
Thanks to your altruism and generosity, we contribute to the elimination of gender violence, by providing tools to recognize, denounce and prevent all forms of violence, in addition, we mitigate the risks of suffering some type of violence due to socioeconomic conditions that affect development of children and adolescents and of themselves.
