By Akaraonye Samuel ifeanyi | Founder/CEO

We are thrilled to share our quarterly report with you, highlighting the progress made in our Maternal Healthcare and Family Planning project in Nigeria (54322). Your support has been instrumental in empowering women and families to make informed choices about their reproductive health.

_Goals and Objectives_

Our goal is to improve access to quality maternal healthcare and family planning services for marginalized communities in Nigeria. Our objectives include:

- Providing antenatal and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers
- Offering family planning services and counseling
- Training healthcare providers on maternal and child health
- Advocating for policy changes to support reproductive health

_Story of Beneficiaries_

One of our beneficiaries, Aisha, was pregnant and had no access to healthcare. Our mobile clinic provided her with antenatal care, and our trained midwives ensured a safe delivery. Aisha now advocates for maternal healthcare in her community.

_Achievements_

- 75 families accessed family planning services
- 15 healthcare providers were trained
- Partnered with Midwives Nurses to improve healthcare infrastructure

_Challenges_

- Limited resources for mobile clinic expansion
- Cultural barriers to family planning adoption
- Inadequate healthcare infrastructure

_Financial Overview_

- Disbursement from donation through GlobalGiving: $900
- Proceeds from Social Enterprise of the Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation: $125
- Total: $1,025

_Expenditure_

- Mobile clinic operations: $400 (39%)
- Family planning services and counseling: $250 (24%)
- Healthcare provider training: $150 (15%)
- Advocacy and partnership development: $100 (10%)
- Administrative costs: $125 (12%)

_Gratitude and Conclusion_

We are grateful for your support, which has enabled us to make a tangible impact in the lives of women and families in Nigeria. Your trust in our organization motivates us to continue our mission. We look forward to sharing our progress with you in the next report.

_Encounter_

We value your partnership and hope you will continue to share our story with your network. Together, we can create a healthier future for mothers and families in Nigeria.

Best regards,
Samonyemaechi Humanitarian
