In October ACFA-Mali’s children started the academic year. The first report cards are in and promising for the end of the year results. On 20 Nov, a terrorist attack occurred in a hotel in Bamako, but our children are doing well. This is why ACFA’s work is paramount, we are getting children from the streets and giving them a home and an education that will prevent them from being target to terrorist groups’ recruitment. We have also harvested our corn for the year and are pleased to report that this year was better than last year. The children benefited from the support of Orange Mali Foundation which donated rice, millet, oil, powder milk, etc… Coach Jamal donated mattresses to ACFA-Mali’s children. Mali Djigui donated medications to ACFA-Mali Chidlren. An Bilou Togouna donated electronic educational material to ACFA-Mali’s children. On 12 December, ACFA will host a joint fundraising with African Sky in the DC area. We are also continuing our construction of the Zorokoro Children Complex. Thank you for your continued support to our efforts.
