Food and Nutrition for a good health
At the Institute of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum, basically at course of Food and Nutrition, the training is advocating that: eating a wide variety of nutritious foods, including fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and lean protein can help support ones overall health.
And the students are made aware of 8 tips for healthy eating, that includes:
- Base your meals on higher fibre starchy carbohydrates,
- Eat lots of fruit and vegetables,
- Eat more fish, including a portion of oily fish,
- Cut down on saturated fat and sugar.
- Eat less salt: no more than 6g a day for adults,
- Get active and be a healthy weight,
- Do not get thirsty,
- Do not skip breakfast.
Kole Institute of Home Economics believes that the learning is best understood when it is done practically; the students are made to cook by themselves and eating the practical food by themselves.

Positive love can bide the institution together
Love at Kole Intellectual Forum symbolizes an institution, according to them, an English (US) word LOVE is noted as a phrase that is metaphorically compare to an institution, implying that it is a structured and established concept in society. The term suggests that love is not just a fleeting emotion but rather a fundamental and enduring aspect of human life at their Institution.
To Kole Intellectual Forum, love is considered to be both positive and negative, with its virtue of representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish, loyal, and benevolent concern for the good of another at the Institute"—and its vice representing a human moral flaw akin to vanity, selfishness, amour-propre, and egotism.

Engaging youth in developing a sensible project
Engaging adolescents is beneficial for both adolescents themselves and the community as a whole. Opportunities for social and emotional engagement are protective against mental disorders, many of which begin during adolescence according to Crone and Dahl (2012), a working theory that, Kole Intellectual Forum believes at.
They also believe that: Youth involvement in various socially beneficial projects plays a crucial role in shaping the future of communities and that: they can bring in new energy, innovative ideas, and perspectives necessary to tackle contemporary challenges.
Taking into accounts that: they can develop innovative solutions to societal problems. They can create startups, nonprofits, and social enterprises that address issues such as poverty, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability if they are properly mentor of what to do; a subject the organization is following closely.
