Positive love can bide the institution together
Love at Kole Intellectual Forum symbolizes an institution, according to them, an English (US) word LOVE is noted as a phrase that is metaphorically compare to an institution, implying that it is a structured and established concept in society. The term suggests that love is not just a fleeting emotion but rather a fundamental and enduring aspect of human life at their Institution.
To Kole Intellectual Forum, love is considered to be both positive and negative, with its virtue of representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish, loyal, and benevolent concern for the good of another at the Institute"—and its vice representing a human moral flaw akin to vanity, selfishness, amour-propre, and egotism.

Engaging youth in developing a sensible project
Engaging adolescents is beneficial for both adolescents themselves and the community as a whole. Opportunities for social and emotional engagement are protective against mental disorders, many of which begin during adolescence according to Crone and Dahl (2012), a working theory that, Kole Intellectual Forum believes at.
They also believe that: Youth involvement in various socially beneficial projects plays a crucial role in shaping the future of communities and that: they can bring in new energy, innovative ideas, and perspectives necessary to tackle contemporary challenges.
Taking into accounts that: they can develop innovative solutions to societal problems. They can create startups, nonprofits, and social enterprises that address issues such as poverty, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability if they are properly mentor of what to do; a subject the organization is following closely.

Ideas of the youth consider in project designing
Communities are stronger and more resilient with their projects when youth participate; this was noted by the research previously conducted by Kole Intellectual Forum in Kole District among the youth in 2024, October. If they are highly engaged in such commitment it can help communities to decide on what can help them best; since they are the generation to come.
Fostering development positively can come through this kind of approach; bringing about creative youth development programs that can enable young people to develop stable relationships with caring and professional adult mentors and role models. This kind of approach can also offer opportunities for youths to engage in positive interactions with their peers and those above them
