Organizational planning through program approach
Like any other non-profit organization that is expected to be justly operational; it is always assumed to derive its guiding principles from its members of Board who are their apex of decision-making process; and in everything that such non-profit organization implements, it must then have come up from them or from the approvals from them. In the same way, we at, Kole intellectual Forum (KIFA), are grateful to report to you that: this is exactly how our organization operates in line to their well spelt out operational tools; such as, the constitution and various policies those they have so far developed for the purpose.
Fortunately, on the other hand, this organization is well of known for its system of operations those are well speculated into a system of a program.
To the organization (KIFA), a program is a system where an input or inputs are injected, processed with expectation of seeing outputs (tangibles) or outcomes (impacts on customers). You can see the impact of our program of Home Economics on to the girls below being passed out with intention conducting the next intake under plan.
Indeed, this kind of approach help everyone including the donor to see the clarity about the program as well as helping the organizational planners to put in place all the requirements in case the same program is to be repeated,
