Organizational orientation: KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum)
Given that: Kole Intellectual Forum is a new organization that is currently in the existence, it hs now become a point of contentious that, both new employees and old ones a like are always given an opportunity to undergo the orientation process; so that, they can be provided with the realistic information about the job and what they should expect from it, including the need to update them with the organizational culture, for the old ones, they are reassured with upcoming of the newcomers, giving them them rooms to make fun with colleagues in time, and teaching them about relevancy of software and other neccessary tools use at the organization.
