At one time, it was once quite rightly quoted by – Roy T Bennett that: “You are not rich until you have a rich heart.” Having a big heart which is good enough for others and all is a virtue or a sensible seed for human development. People with good hearts are in the true sense of rich people! Because of the quality of persons they can bring them up!
Too near or too dear to this quotation; the project leader of Kole Intellectual Forum, pictured above, narrated his story to the readers elaborately, that:
“At Kole Intellectual Forum, they are making it a point to their organization to ensure they cultivate a seed of development (Good heart) among the Directors, staff, students and community that are in one way or another benefiting from the project directly or indirectly”, where everything that belongs to the project is handled so dearly with rich heart. For instances:
• Policy making is done by the members of Board at good faith (good heart) – base on five years organizational strategic plan
• Policies are implemented by the members of staff with due respect to their code of conduct
• Students have their rules and regulation well stipulated and supervise by students body and the staff management team
• Community are well of inform about what the project is doing
Conclusively from 2018, good heart has enriched Kole Intellectual Forum with trust from the donors, beneficiaries, community and GlobalGiving awarding them with the four badges of being top ranked, effective, effective, and site visited organization on their platform,
