"Practice makes perfect"the concept in use
It's not merely a common saying that: "Practice makes perfect"; but rather actual reality that: if you repeat an activity or do it regularly, you will become very good at it; in other words, you really become perfect in it, not actually the activity that becomes perfect. But actually and indeed you that becomes perfect.
Some authors including the framers of Kole Intellectual Forum Institute of Knowledge call it that: it is an indicator that the more a skill is practiced, the better one becomes at it. An example is what the girls are doing on the BlackBoard over a number of periods of time to learn what they had been trained at the theory.
The girls are doing their best to acquire more skills through the concept of: “Practice makes Perfect”

Various approaches: Boosting Students’ Understandings
To boost the understanding or hope of their students in all aspects of life; Kole Intellectual Forum Institute of knowledge is boosting their learning methods at a different perspective by approaching it at different angles; fpr instance, from individual group approah to small size group approach to large group size approach; whereby by one individual is given time to explore into her talent to the group of students, as again small group size group size is given a moment of time to seek into knowledge from the few friends, while at the same time, a collection of friends share their ideas for the collective benefits. Through all these approaches being equally employed in the learning processes at the Institute; the outcome is that: both slow learners as it is compare to the fastest learners they come up with a clear outcome with a very positive output.
Kole Intellectual Forum is therefore very grateful with the positive support their Institute is getting from the donors that has made it possible for them to support these approaches.

Promoting the value of Group work at Institute
Research conducted by Kole Intellectual Forum in Kole District in the field of acedemic indicates that group work allows students to become active participants in their learning, helps them to develop skills of value value (such as problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, leadership, critical thinking and time management) and exposes them to diverse ideas and approaches
The first and foremost strategy Kole Intellectual Forum is using (effective group work strategy) is the challenging problem solving strategy that makes students to work easily or on their own by collaboratin to their problems and by creatingan authentic need for their group
With this in place, the Institute set up the following gound rules for the team:
- Treat everyone with respect. Respect is the consideration that students show for someone's time, work and ideas, and helps work go smoothly. ...
- Communicate openly. Communicating openly means that team members and team leaders communicate freely concerning work. ...and to
- Give constructive feedback.
