With Kole Intellectual Forum proven workflow engineered by organizational developers to build-up a passionate innovation, intended to empower girls to fight for their rights in Uganda; facts of it all, hidden in the concept of Home Economics with community development in the organizational deepest heart; the organization is in its forefront to help the world’s most generous marginalized groups of the people (underprevileged) to greatly amplify for their rights and live recommended standard of living according to generally accepted globalized high standard of living. That is to say, the organization through its innovation is interested to see that girls in Uganda are living with a high level of wealth, comfort, material goods and available basic necessities.
The community is energized with the training that their girls are getting from the program of Kole Intellectual Forum, give their children to the organization open heartedly as the Institute is emphasizing and being built on the basis of 5S that stands in for the 5 steps of this methodology: that is to Sort out everything they do, Set them in Order, make it Shine, Standardize them to meet the international standard, and ensure they are sustained today and for evermore. These steps involve going through everything in a space, deciding what's necessary and what isn't, putting things in order, cleaning them, and setting up procedures for performing the tasks on a regular basis as you can see what the girls are doing at the Institute to prepare for the take-off to their soon propsed the social enterprising in the month of May 2021.
The community and the donors are energized; the organization is getting both local and international support. In that, donations are coming to the organization on the monthly basis and the direct beneficiaries are locally available. Thank you so much our supporters.
