Kole Intellectual Forum does not only train students for empower with reasons; strictly speaking the organization when they are engaging the garment cutting and textiles; they also on the other hand teach them on how to organize their workshops, homesteads and generally speaking on how to keep themselves healthy.
On the basis on their principles for the workshop organization; they normally dwell around the following:
- The students are advise to define their workshop's Purpose and Goals; and they are informed that, the workshop success is directly linked to planning, starting with setting clear goals
- They are also taught on how to determine their target audience. ...

the director Kole Intellectual Forum also double as the Vice Chancellor of the Institute, had to use the opportunity of the graduation day for educating their community about the value of education and health which is expected to help them to:
- Improve their health knowledge
- Understand that, Education can help communities comprehend healthcare practices, preventative measures, and how to detect illnesses early.
- Reduce disease transmission
- Make communities to be more aware of hygiene practices and infection control, which can help to create healthier living environments.
- Improve health literacy
- Educated people are more likely to learn about health risks and healthy behaviors, which can lead to better lifestyle choices.
- Improve patient care
- Educated patients are more likely to understand their health needs, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with health providers.
- Improve self-advocacy
