The graduation that touches the hearts
With consultation from the community, it was found worthwhile by the team of Kole Intellectual Forum to arrange a local graduation within the community; where they can witness and see what the organization is clearly doing on their children.
To the members of Board, it is taken as part of the accountability to the community; they cannot believe exactly what the organization is doing to the children (the beneficiaries) of the project unless by see, observe and witness by themselves. The 1st graduation was done in 2022 and the 2nd one was again done in Nov, 2023
All the members of community who had a moment to speak were grateful to GlobalGiving for connecting their local CBO to the donors

Exposure is a road map to successes
The success of your business or anything mainly depends on its exposure. Without it, customers or clients won't be aware of the brand and won't consider buying or getting service from it. So, it's essential to find ways to get your business out there.
At Kole Intellectual Forum, it is noted that: Exposure helps students develop critical thinking skills that will be useful in their future careers and personal lives. They are also advise that: exposure allows students to take risks and see what happens when they do something new or different. It can help them to build self-confidence so that they are more likely to try new things in the future.
Hence, more importantly, research has found out that, success is hugely based on exposure. Being successful is all about being remembered - being talked about for your work, your achievements and your personal strengths.

Individuals as groups, groups as individuals

Groups for individuals and vis-versa
Individuals as groups, groups as individuals
“Many philosophers have thought so. After all, if your beliefs, desires, and actions at different times don’t cohere with each other, then you’re likely to engage in self-defeating behavior” . Kole Intellectual Forum has observed. If you keep changing your mind about what to try to achieve or about how best to achieve it, then (so the thought goes) you’ll wind up achieving nothing. You will start projects but promptly abandon them as soon as you adopt different goals or change your views about the best way of reaching your goals. The students of the project have been put into this task to work as, “Individuals as groups, groups as individuals”
Actually, insights about individual rationality is helping our students to design better group decision-making procedures, and insights is about groups can lead us to revise our views about individual rationality.
