Policy of the Institute: Retain best students

Like any other best Universities and colleges around the world; that skill students with knowlegde and practical things to ensure that they produce a thing or they serve their communities; Kole Intellectual Forum in its employment policy has created a provision that mandated their employment commission to always retain three best performing students at their Institute of Knowledge to ensure that: they promote the cuture, traditions, as well as all the related matters that pertake the organization; generally speaking is to maintain the legacy the organization is advocating for.

Outreach program to the education officer
After conducting a needs assessment, identifing and knowing the issues that bring about a healthy education with a proper set goal, while also creating a list of different stakeholders that support them, a strategy to approach them was designed, with a clear crafted messages to tailor it across channels; team of Kole Intellectual Forum have started to build a coalition and engaging with key decision-makers in the field of education and health sector at a local level.
This week from June 25, 2024, a section of the team of the organization (Kole Intellectrual Forum) openned up an outreach program to engage the different stakeholders on how their Institute and also public primary schools in Kole District can have a healthy education with the intervention of education and health sector through them - Kole Intellectual Forum? This data is meant to support the proposed health facility as well the project to empower a girl for self-reliance.

Research among the people with diability
The effectiveness of Kole Intellectual Forum is being embedded on the selected positive codial principles of others; especially, that of GlobalGiving, that is based on: listen, act, learn. Repeat. On this basis, Kole Intellectual Forum through their team always tries to navigate through human life that they want to serve, which on the other hand, has helped them to constantly add on new perspectives to reshape their ideas to what they have already stored in their data—and because of that, these kind of collaboration base on research, has brought about new dynamic approaches like the proposed call for the establishment of the health facility at Kole District; link on the GlobalGiving platform at: Establishing a Health facility in Kole District
This week from June 24, 2024, the team of Kole Intellectual Forum has been conducting a research to establish facts about people with disabilities and looking for the way forward to design a project that can benefit them. At the photos above are group of disabled persons that were given start-up tools for Block laying and Concrete Practice by of their partner in development that Kole Intellectual Forum is collaborating with them.
