The new surpervisor recruited by KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum)
Kole Intellectual Forum has an employment policy that directs the management that: every year the organization should be recruiting two former students to the organization (as an organizational staff) for purposes of carrying on the organizational culture, strength, capacity, ability, traditions, and above all: to ensure that, they (the recruited staff) should put in trust that, the organization is building its staff from within. that is that: the organization is training their students to be those that can ran their organization into the brighter future.
In the picture surrounded with the current students (academic year 2024) is the former student of the Institute of the organization - Kole Intellectual Forum Institute of knowledge and she has been brought back to the Institute as a supervisor. She will be incharge of the day to day running of the Institute and she will be mentor to train other girls in future.
