Why do the staff of KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum) meet
At Kole Intellectual Forum, they ensure that, their staff meet so regularly on the basic of weekly and these have served them with various purposes, that included coordinating projects, sharing information, brainstorming strategies, providing feedback, and fostering a sense of team cohesion and mission alignment.
According to the Project Leader, he observed that this has been important because meetings provide to their platform a discuss that look at project timelines, challenges, and successes, ensuring everyone is on the same page and that projects are moving forward effectively.
Gives them the moment to observe their information sharing and knowledge exchange: in that, meetings facilitate the sharing of important information, updates, and best practices, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and can contribute effectively to the organization's mission.
It is also strategically give them a moment to plan and make decision. In the meetings too, they use it to brainstorm new ideas, develop strategies, and make important decisions related to the organization's goals and activities.
