Project Leader's Letter: 2025 quarterly report
Dear Valued Stakeholders,
As the year 2025 draws quarterly, I am pleased to present the 2025 quarterly report of Kole Intellectual Forum that reflects on its journey of impact and the challenges we are facing in serving our communities. This year has been one of significant growth and resilience, as we do continue to expand our reach and deepen our commitment to empower a girl child for self-reliance as well as to promote a real healthy families project within local Government of Kole district, Northern Uganda
Highlights of the quarterly report:
This year, we have successfully recruited 10 young out of school girls under the project of Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance and another group of 10 mothers (young family’s ladies) under the project of Promoting Real Healthy Families: Home Economics. We are on the other hand, completing the first phase of our building of the Institute of Home Economics. We more than more than 10 staff to support project implementation.
From the beginning to this year, 2025 we are also faced with quite a number of challenges; first and foremost, is the increase in the numbers of students; meaning that, our expenditure has also gone up by another 100%; but unfortunately, the level of donations have drastically dropped down; despite all these, organization is using all the possible ways to eliminate the less valuable and concentrate on valuable ones; leading to the normal running of the project.
Looking ahead, we are committed to ensure we keep the organization running smoothly despite all these challenges; we wish to continue writing several project proposal both on the platform of globalGiving and beyond; as well as exploring into new avenues for better sustainability of the project
A Word of Thanks:
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our staff, volunteers, donors, and partners, whose tireless efforts have made our work possible. Your unwavering support and commitment to our mission are the driving force behind our success.
Moving Forward:
As we embark on the next chapter of our journey, we remain steadfast in our commitment; We are confident that, together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
Sincerely,
George Obua
