To improve on the NGOs’ service delivery in Uganda, UWEZO Uganda, an NGO based in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda, has organized a workshop with the focus on capacity building, technology integration, and effective monitoring and evaluation, while also addressing financial constraints and sustainability concerns of the NGOs in Uganda; purposely, to improve on the quality of service deliveries of the NGOs in Uganda.
The aim of the program is for: Capacity Building on:
That is, equipping NGOs representative with the skills to effectively plan, implement, and manage projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and time management.
Enhance financial literacy and accountability by providing training on financial reporting, budgeting, and grant management.
