A school sanitation project should provide more than a temporary solution. It should create lasting benefits for current pupils and future generations.
Mwanagiri Primary School has depended on its existing pit latrine for approximately 40 years. Unfortunately, the facility is now full and deteriorating, making replacement urgently necessary.
Our intention is to construct a new toilet that will serve the growing school population and provide a safer sanitation environment.
Through proper planning, quality construction materials and technical guidance from qualified personnel, we hope to establish a facility that meets the school’s needs for many years.
We also appreciate the willingness of local community members to contribute labour once the necessary funding is secured.
Their participation will strengthen ownership and encourage responsibility for maintaining the completed facility.
The project will benefit pupils, teachers, volunteers, parents and other community members who visit the school.
We also intend to promote regular cleaning, proper use and hygiene awareness to protect the investment.
At F SSIBU Mission Foundation – Uganda, we believe sustainable development begins with addressing essential community needs.
Your support today will contribute to a healthier and more dignified future for generations of Mwanyagiri pupils.
