Bangladesh is a densely populated country with frequent natural disaster. Coastal community faces every year devasting natural disaster and hazard. But to survive in the planet, need food and nutrition. In that case, community people cultivating organic vegetable for their family. Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is working with them in cooperative concept namely BANOJIBI. Through this cooperative, they are producing vegetable and after satisfying the daily demand, they can sell this vegetable in market. That can bring the solvency in their family income. So, their house turns into a better home.
BEDS is currently trying to raise funds from GlobalGiving platform in order to help those marginal people in the way of income generation for their better future with better economic conditions. We also hope that through taking support from various corners they will be able to use their products for earning their sound livelihood.
