During the month the station runs live health and legal information programs, as well as putting on approximately 17 taped programs.  It should be noted that all TV programs are designed and implemented after months and weeks of planning and research, so that they can meet the needs of the people.  They are formatted so as to be accessible to the majority of people to provide them with education, news, information and to help promote a  healthy, educated society based on core values, gender equality and  social justice. The station receives dozens of messages about its programs and viewership has increased on its Youtube channel as well. Meraj’s cooperation and communication with domestic and foreign institutions has expanded.

One of the most important programs it offers is Meraj Academy which provides a daily, televised high school curriculum for grades 7-12.  The need for this service is critical as poverty has increased and many students are unable to attend school. The academy covers four themes each day.   This service is available throughout the Asian region and live streamed. Parents send in photos of their students and motes of appreciation for the quality of this service.

TV Meraj was part of a program to discover elite, talented young people in Western Afghanistan in cooperation with the Cohesion Agency of Türkiye and the Eastern Galaxy Higher Education Institute. Six young people were selected on the basis of the inspiring and successful stories of their lives. They made presentations on stage in front of 300 attendees, about the difficulties and successes they have experienced. The talent discovery program will soon be broadcast on Meraj Global TV.

Each month the station has guest speakers and in February the guests included experts in culture, internal medicine,  vaccinations, the head of the Herat chamber of commerce, eye specialists, surgeons, pediatrics specialists and the Consul General of Turkiye.

Thank you for your continued interest in the Meraj Media enterprises.
