Project Report | Jul 28, 2015
Reaching the stars

By Claudia Zapata | Project Leader

Thanks to your support, our dreams are becoming our realities, we continue in the process of setting high goals and you help us build the bridges to reach them. Here are our main accomplishments for this period:

We celebrated a contract with Yamaha, who will train us in their “Motorcycle maintenance” workshops

Last month we received the interns from “Minuto de Dios” University, who will help us developing activities and workshops around the subject of life projects and autonomous life

We obtained scholarships from Gozarte foundation to strengthen the artistic and cultural process of our beneficiaries

An important group of beneficiaries is taking advantage of the higher education offers we are providing them; they are now studying business administration, finances, human resources administration, Medicine, architecture, psychology, among others

A group of children started to validate their high school in order to start in programs of superior education

The families of the beneficiaries are also receiving all the benefits; along with educational offers, we help them to conform their productive units for better livelihoods

Testimony of a beneficiary:

“This program is my hope; my dreams are a reality thanks to the opportunities I´ve received, setting an example for my family. Thanks for the support I receive from Superarse day after day” (Adolescent, 20 years old)
