Menstrual Hygiene Day is more than a date on the calendar—it is a powerful reminder of a hidden crisis. For countless girls, a simple monthly cycle becomes a barrier to education. Missing classes out of shame or lack of supplies eventually forces some to drop out entirely, their dreams cut short by menstrual poverty.
But change is possible. With your generous support, our workshops and mentorship seminars have reached schools where this silence once thrived. We’ve taught girls to make reusable pads, dismantled myths with facts, and created safe spaces where periods are no longer a secret. Most importantly, we have kept girls in classrooms—learning, laughing, and leading.
Today 28/05/2026, we celebrate our menstrual advocates. They are the peer educators speaking up without fear, the teachers carrying extra sanitary pads, and the young girls who now refuse to let their biology define their future. Their courage is contagious. Because of them, fewer girls are absent, fewer drop out, and more dreams stay alive.
This fight is far from over, but today we honor those on the front lines. Together, we are building a world where no girl misses school simply for being a girl. Thank you for standing with us.
