Digital innovation is assumed to have been a solution to job market.
Yes, digital innovation can significantly give a solution to job market by creating new job opportunities, boosting productivity, and requiring a workforce with enhanced skills. While some traditional jobs may be automated, out of it, new roles will emerge in areas like data analysis, technology support, and digital marketing.
A survey conducted by team from Maker ere University, reveals that: Digitalization can lead to the creation of new industries and job profiles, particularly in fields like data science, cyber security, and software development; the study also pointed out that, digitalization can as well make workers more efficient and productive, potentially leading to more output per worker as oppose to the traditional ways of doing things.

Ongoing consultation with educational stakeholders
The value of consulting educational stakeholders to the education sector in Kole District.
To build legitimacy and ownership, leading to more successful implementation and outcomes in education sector in Kole District, Northern Uganda, particularly in public primary schools; teams of Kole Intellectual Forum, as a Community Based Organization that is legally registered in Kole District is approaching the move by fostering collaboration, improving accountability, and gaining deeper insight findings into needs and perspectives of this sector by making a serious consultation that enhances quality, relevance, and effectiveness of policies and plans.
The Consultations those are made with the educational stakeholders are offering significant benefits, enhancing the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of policies and plans. By involving educational stakeholders by the team of Kole Intellectual Forum, at Kole District for the last 8 to 9 years, is fostering collaboration, improving accountability, and gaining deeper insights into needs and perspectives.

KIFA: offering education scholarships, underprivileged
With the looming backgrounds of young people, in Northern part of Uganda: the backgrounds studied from civil war to abject poverty, to general global economic hardship to individual struggles as well as from a drastic change in the environment conditions to the upcoming issues that navigate around health conditions among others; these have caused a number of problems for these young people within this community link to each other in various ways.
Having studied these, and having got the opportunity to receive some fund from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving; and having interacted and known more about this community; Kole intellectual Forum, through their team of promoters, they have designed a program for scholarship for the unable students to support them at their education system
