Respected Donors
Sessions Greetings
Customs Health Care Society (CHCS) started the project "From mud hut to a small bricked House" with the collaboration of GlobalGiving Foundation USA. under the project more than 200 houses were built in which funds from local sources were utilized as the project did not receive a favorable response from the donors. The scope of the project has been entered from Sindh to remote and affected areas of Pakistan. New houses are being built and families living under the open sky are being provided with bricked-walled homes where they can live peacefully.

Happy Family in a New Home
Respected Donors,
Seasons Greeting...!
It is being brought to your kind knowledge that Customs Health Care Society (CHCS) has started to build new bricked walled houses for the flood affectees of Sindh in Pakistan under this project. The recent flash floods in Pakistan rendered millions of people homeless and they are living under the open sky for the last four months. The projects from “Mud Hut to Home” has been diverted to the rehabilitation of flood affectees of Sindh.
Tharparkar is one of the remotest and poor areas of Thar and a large part of it consists of deserts with no barren lands. CHCS with the collaboration of GlobalGiving Foundation is already digging wells for the drought-hit population of Thar which are providing safe drinking water to thousands of animals and humans of Thar.
"From Mud Hut to Home" project is progressing slowly. However, the homes are being made and handed over to the families of poor people of Thar who are happily living in these bricked-walled houses. CHCS intends to build more houses for the poor hut dwellers of Thar in Pakistan in order to meet this objective, the donors across the globe are requested to donate generously in order to build more houses for the flood affectees of Sindh.
Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah,
Project Leader.
