Seruds NGO continuously conducting skill development training programs in Tailoring & Embroidery programs through various batches consisting of 20 women per batch. The trained women have got branded sewing machines and the impact of the program is replicable. Due to poverty, these destitute poor women are migrating to Metropolitan cities, towns without skills. So we have identified this gap and providing skills training programs for most neglected women in and around Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh, india.
Now the trained women are able to earn Rs.2500/- ($50) per a month by stitching blouses, innerwear, uniforms, clothes, petty coats, sarees designing. at the time of festive seasons these women are able to earn Rs.5000/- ($100) per month.
Now women are living happily wihout depending on their drunken husbands. They become self-reliant and living with dignity. This project yeilding good impact on their families.
