Respected Philanthropist,
Warm Greetings from SERUDS Non-profit Organization.

On behalf of our women beneficiaries we are very much thankful & grateful for your great sponsorship through USA tax deductible charity organization GlobalGiving.

According to the market driven skills program we always design the fashion designing programs for poor women in rural areas & urban slums by involving them as decision makers. As part of our regular projects we mainly look after on women development programs to create sustainable livelihoods, build up confidence among them. From the year April 2003 we have been sponsoring skill development trainings in various trades like Zari Zardousi, Maggam work, Embroidery on Silk Sarees & special trades as per the market demand for the poor adolescents & destitute women. Thank you for donating to our cause of the economically disadvantaged women for their livelihood programs. With your support we have been giving 6 months skills training in fashion designing courses for the economically disadvantaged women through teaching classes, providing raw material like threads, needles, clothes, scissors, etc. For every 25 trainees per a batch teaches by the excellent trainer and gives the practices at the center.

In this Thangadancha & Prajanagar 50 trainees learning skilful trainings and attendance is very good. They make always albums which they stitch during the practice & course. Many of them are started their own business in fashion designing and stitching the different type of blouses, zari work on sarees, uniforms stitching.

With this they are earning five thousand per month as additional income for their family needs. Women are sending children to good schools. The dropout rate is very low. After completion of the training giving course completion certificate & conducting orientation course on marketing skills, escort services to avail the loans from the financial institutions, banks.

Women and Adolescent Girls are getting confidence on themselves and not depending on anyone. With your generous support we are achieving our goals towards creation of sustainable livelihoods.

Thank you for supporting noble cause of poor women.
