Respected Donor,
Warm Greetings to You.
We sincerely appreciate your generous support for the empowerment and development of destitute women and girls.
Through a focused survey conducted in Mandlem village of Nandikotkur Taluk, Kurnool district, we identified 110 women and girls struggling with poverty and lacking sustainable livelihood opportunities. Our initiative is aimed at eliminating poverty by equipping them with essential skills to build a brighter future.
In each training batch, we enroll 25 underprivileged women and girls to participate in a 6-month fashion designing course. During this period, participants are trained in various techniques, including fabric cutting, stitching different types of garments like blouses, uniforms, innerwear, and mastering advanced embroidery methods. Our skill development training center is equipped with five sewing machines and all necessary raw materials, allowing trainees to gain practical experience in fashion design.
The enthusiasm among the women and girls is remarkable, as they eagerly adopt these new techniques. Many trainees have already begun taking custom orders from their local communities, earning an additional income of approximately 3,500 per month to support their families.
Upon completing the course, we guide the beneficiaries in connecting with financial institutions to help them establish sustainable livelihoods. The women and adolescent girls have expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to participate in this valuable skill development program, which has significantly transformed their lives.
Your generous support has made these initiatives possible, and we thank you for contributing to this noble cause.
