Dear Supporter,
“Today, I was born again.” With these deeply moving words, Mohammad Al-Abdullah—a father of seven from eastern Hama—described the moment he stood again, this time with a prosthetic limb provided by your generosity.
After surviving a landmine explosion during his daily commute to work, Mohammad faced the devastating loss of his right leg below the knee, among other serious injuries. But hope was not lost.
Thanks to your continued support, Mohammad was welcomed at NSPPL’s center in Afrin, North Aleppo. Our dedicated specialists evaluated his condition, crafted a custom prosthetic limb, and provided the rehabilitation and training he needed to walk again. With his new prosthetic and restored mobility, Mohammad can now return to work and provide for his beloved family.
Before leaving our center, Mohammad expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the entire NSPPL team and to everyone who makes this life-changing work possible—including you.
Your support doesn’t just fund services; it restores dignity, independence, and hope. Every step Mohammad takes is a testament to the difference you make.
Thank you for walking this journey with us—and with every person who turns to NSPPL in search of a second chance.
With gratitude,
