Diagnosed with cerebral atrophy, she has struggled with severe speech difficulties and limited mobility. Despite these obstacles, Tughan’s spirit remains bright—and her journey toward a better life recently took a hopeful turn.

Accompanied by her father, Tughan visited NSPPL’s center in Afrin to begin receiving specialized physiotherapy care. Under the guidance of her dedicated therapist, Fatima, she began targeted sessions focusing on muscle strengthening and Achilles tendon stretching. These exercises are crucial in helping her regain functional mobility and achieve the independence she deserves.
