Dear Supporter,
Thanks to your generosity, individuals who have lost limbs due to conflict, accidents, or illness are finding new hope through the Capable of Walking initiative at the NSPPL Center in Afrin. With the collaboration of skilled technicians and dedicated physiotherapists, amputees are not only receiving customized prosthetic limbs but also gaining the confidence to reintegrate into their communities.
Your support has played a crucial role in enabling these individuals to walk again, reclaim their independence, and support their families. Every step they take is a testament to the impact of your contributions. Together, we are restoring mobility, dignity, and opportunity.

Dear Supporter,
Thanks to your generous support, our team is working diligently to provide Uncle Samih with a new prosthetic limb, helping him regain his mobility and independence. After losing his limb, everyday tasks became a challenge, but today, with prosthetic measurements underway, he is taking the first step toward a better, more independent life.
The journey to recovery is not just about physical healing; it’s about restoring hope and dignity. Your kindness has given Samih a chance to walk again, but many others are still waiting for the same opportunity—to regain movement, smile with confidence, and reclaim their place in life.

Mohammed's Journey to Recovery
By Vasim Cablut | Project Leader

Dear Supporter,
There was a young man named Mohammed whose life was full of energy and activity before an earthquake struck his city. During this devastating disaster, Mohammed suffered a severe injury that led to the loss of his limb.
After the incident, he felt deep shock and sadness, as if his entire life had changed. He struggled with feelings of helplessness and frustration, believing he had lost an important part of his identity. At first, he found it difficult to accept reality and endured both physical and emotional pain.
Mohammed visited one of NSPPL’s centers in Afrin, where he received psychological support. A new prosthetic limb (above-knee) was carefully crafted and fitted for him, and he underwent rehabilitation training with specialists to restore his freedom of movement and regain independence in his work. Grateful for the services he received, Mohammed extended his heartfelt thanks to you and the NSPPL team.
Thanks to the generosity of donors like you, we can continue providing life-changing support to individuals in need. Your kindness restores hope and independence—one step at a time.
Best Regards
