Shahad, a 17-year-old Syrian refugee, tragically lost her lower right limb below the knee in the devastating earthquake. After a thorough evaluation, a custom prosthetic limb was crafted and fitted for her. Shahad is now undergoing training to walk with her new prosthetic, taking confident steps toward reclaiming her independence and rebuilding her life.
