The Timeout4Africa Foundation continues to assist school kids in the Minna area.We are back at Magaji international school lending a hand to the school to outfit student with Gym clothing and also school bags.About 100 kids received sports t-shirts and shorts for there Fridays sport Day, and about 40 of them also received school bags.
During our visit to the school a couple of months ago, the principal and game master pleaded with us to help with the sports wear project because many of the students have now picked up interest in playing sports ,Especially Basketball. We are in the process of identifying a site on school grounds to erecting a small Basketball court .
Due to the economic situation in the country, many of the parents are not able to keep there kids in school.Purchasing of sports wears and bags are not priority.Grace who is one of the students from Maikunkele brought her mother to school to thank the principal for helping her with the donated items.
Timeout4Africa foundation is very greatfull for the continous donations,We wont be able to do this much without your help. Please take the time to visit us on social media(Facebook,Instergram and twitter) at Timeout4africa.Tell a friend about our work. www.timeout4africa.com.
