TIMEOUT4AFRICA SCHOOL/SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAMME held in Minna, Nigeria at Zarumai primary school in conjunction with Nimbe Youth Empowerment and Development initiative (NYEDI)
Time Out 4Africa Education and sports foundation continues to impact children in all parts of the county. Providing kids with support on learning life skills that will help them once they finish school.The Zarumai model primary school is located in the heart of Minna, Nigeria where must of our events are held. Timeout4Africa Foundation has partnered with NYEDI to provide skill training for pupils as a start on establishing an entrepreneurial club at the school.
Here our foundation through your donation was able to donated 4 sewing machines to the center and also 4 Shoe making kits to help the kids in acquiring shoe making skills and training. Kids in the school are from all ages, ranging from ages 9 till 15. Over 30 kids will Participant in the program.
We want to send a special Thank you to Mr Shehu for facilitating this program. He said Mr Ali the coordinator at the school expressed his thanks to the foundation for the help and the donor also for there support of the foundation work in Nigeria.
John who is a 12 year old in his junior year in the school was very greatfull for the donation and the establishment of the club, he also express to us that now he can pursue her passion for fashion design. He has enrolled in the sewing classes.
